Eligibility: graduation with 3 years degree course with 50% marks (excluding marks obtained in internals) in Arts and Science of Mangalore University or a Degree of any other University considered equivalent thereto. Relaxation in percentage of marks is permitted as per Government / University rules. All eligible candidates residing outside Karnataka State must get the eligibility and migration certificates.
